Complete feed line drive unit 0.55 kW with sensor for pipes fi 90 mm

Professional drive motor with a power of 0.55kW designed to drive the transverse line in poultry feeding systems. The motor for the feeding line has an exit to the transverse pipe with a diameter of fi 90 mm. Motor to the transverse line I have the task of driving a viper (spiral) located inside the pipe fi 90 mm, which moves the feed directly from the silos. Due to the function performed, the motor with the sensor should be mounted at the end of the transverse line above the last charging tank of the longitudinal line.

The offered feeder drive motor has a built-in sensor that automatically turns on when there is a shortage of feed in the tanks - hoopers. The signal from the sensor starts the process of filling the tanks, from where the feed will be moved to the longitudinal lines and, as a result, to each poultry feeders. At the moment when the right amount of feed is filled in the last hooper, the sensor in the drive motor will close the line. This is one of the most popular and reliable feed filling systems in automatic poultry feeding lines. The drive motor for the poultry feeding system is powered by three-phase 380V. The whole is connected to the feed moving drive thanks to a special gearbox.
