Complete drive module for flex auger system with sensor for pipes fi 90 mm power 0,75 kW

High-efficient drive motor with sensor and gear to the transverse line of the poultry feeder system. The feeder drive module is characterized by a power of 0.75 kW and is designed for installation with 90 mm PVC pipe, used in transverse lines. The feed system engine is equipped with flack sensor, which controls its work. The engine of the transverse line of the feeder is powered from a three-phase 380V network.

The offered feeder drive is responsible for transporting feed from the silo, directly to individual hoppers placed on longitudinal lines. It should be mounted on the final hopper of the longitudinal line of the feed system. The feed from the silo is transported in a 90 mm PVC pipe, from where it goes to the next hoppers of longitudinal lines up to the final hopper, where the motor with the sensor is installed. At the moment when the feed is also replenished in the last hopper, the flap sensor ends the engine.

The feeder drive module is also equipped with a gearbox that allows it to be connected to the spiral fi 75 mm, which spins in a PVC pipe fi 90 mm and transports the feed in the transverse line of the feeding system. Our offer also includes the feeder 0.55kW to the transverse line with sensor.
