Automatic tray for turning eggs

The tray with a capacity of 42 chickens is made of high quality ABS plastic. Thanks to specially profiled holes, eggs are protected against various types of damage. The above product is powered by an engine that tilts each of the 6 rows of eggs by 40^o. One full cycle of 80^o is carried out within 2 hours.

The motor has a dedicated power supply, independent of the incubator. The included power supply should be connected to the 220/240W network. The tray has dimensions of approx. 40 x 40 cm, thanks to which it can be used with many models of incubators, both professional and those home incubators.

Its additional advantage is mobility - thanks to the stable structure, the tray can be freely moved. This is helpful in the event that we want to collect eggs (they also need to be turned) even before the incubation itself, and then transport them and place them in the hatchery itself. It should be borne in mind that the eggs should be set on the tray with a sharper tip down.

Using an automatic tray significantly increases both the comfort of operation and the efficiency of the hatching process. Thanks to it, we save a lot of time, no longer wasting it on tedious turning eggs several times a day. In addition, we do not interfere with air circulation and temperatures inside the hatching apparatus.
