Automatic drinking system for poultry LOW-FLOW 10 - line 2 m

The offered two-meter watering line for poultry has been equipped with all the necessary elements for the automatic system used in litter farming. The hen poejnia system includes:

• 22 x 22 SQUARE FRAME - 2 meters
• circular support pipe fi 26.75 mm
• droplet drinker for poultry with reduced flow - 10 pieces
• square tube connector with round support tube - 3 pieces
• connector of two support pipes fi 26.75 mm - 1 piece
• flexible muff - 1 piece

The entire watering line for poultry is based on a square PVC pipe measuring 22 x 22 mm, in which 1/8 inch holes for nipl drinkers are threaded. The stability of the entire pheasant watering line is given by a metal round support pipe with a diameter of 26.75 mm. The support pipe is also a kind of anti-ridge protecting against squatting birds on the line. The nipple drinker for poultry has a reduced flow of water, which makes it unnecessary to use any eaves cups under the niple. The efficiency of the droplet drinker is calculated at 40-50 cm³/min, which is why the entire 2-meter line is able to handle about 55 birds.

The offered automatic watering line for poultry has a length of 2 meters. However, it can be freely combined into a more complex system of watering chickens thanks to pipe fittings that have been added to the set. This poultry watering line can be supplied from a hopper of any capacity or from a water main. If the watering system for poultry will be supplied directly from the water supply, it is necessary to use at the beginning of the line pressure reducer, because niples are adapted to work at a maximum pressure of approx. 20-30cm water column.

remark! The set of the watering system for chickens does not have a breather or pressure regulator in the set. The set includes only a 2 meter line. The poultry watering system is not assembled ready-made. At the customer's request, the line can be assembled free of charge - waiting time 7 working days.
