Professional nest for obtaining eggs in laying hen farming. The use of nests for chickens improves hygiene and protects eggs from damage.

The egg harvesting machine consists of a booth made of galvanized steel. The roof is sloping, so that the hens do not have the opportunity to sit on the cage and proper cleanliness is maintained. Inside there is a hen-friendly polyethylene pillow. The material is very hygienic and limits the contact of eggs with impurities. The polyethylene primer is removable and can be easily cleaned.

The automatic nest for laying hens connects to the egg collection tray, which is made of durable ABS plastic. The tray is closed from above with a flap, so that the hens do not have access to the eggs inside. The floor of the nest is sloping so that the eggs go directly to the collecting tray. It is possible to set 3 different angles of inclination.

The offered nest creates ideal conditions for laying eggs because the hens choose safe and darkened places.

The egg harvesting machine is installed in places free from drafts at a height of 50 to 100 cm. For the first week, do not use the entrance cover to the nest so that the hens can get used to the nests. When the hens are already accustomed to laying eggs in the nest, a cover should be put on.

The offered nest is designed to handle 5 hens. It is possible to connect several sockets with each other.
