Beak cover applicator type D

Extremely practical and effective applicator of casings for beaks of birds. It works perfectly in relation to pheasants and ornamental poultry. Thanks to the offered product, you can effectively control the problem of cannibalism and pecking between individuals in breeding.

The applicator shoot cover consists of (photo 2):

• plastic transparent tube in which the casings are placed (1)
• compression insert (equipped with a spring) that firmly holds and locks the casings during application (2)
• pliers that can be opened with a button (lever) to fit the casing to the bird's beak (3)

The applicator objoin against pecking and cannibalism allows you to quickly and easily attach a protective disc to the beak of birds. During serial use, about 30 casings can be applied at a time, which is why the applicator becomes particularly useful in large farms. The applicator of the casings for the nostrils of the bird is made of durable plastic of high quality.

How the applicator works:

• from the transparent tube of the applicator we pull out the compression insert
• from the cane protecting the casings from spilling we pull out a small pin that holds the discs
• we turn the blister and place it evenly and gently in the applicator
• from the blister we pull out the cane holding the casings
• we put on the compression insert and block the casings to keep in the tube even and solid
• then move the button (lever) forward to eject one of the discs
• we expand the disc by pressing the button (lever) extending the casing
• we place the casing (as in photo 5)
