Functional air intake for ventilation systems installed in poultry houses, poultry farms, pig houses and other livestock premises. Adjusting the degree of air flow and its direction is controlled by adjusting the inlet opening. The offered air intake can be combined with the ventilation system, as a result of which it will work automatically. The inlet capacity at 20 Pa is 1500 m3/h.
The above ventilation inlet is equipped with a flap that opens the air flow in the hen house, which is insulated and filled with aluminum profiles. Thanks to this, the flaps are very resistant to bending and cracking as a result of temperature differences between the chicken coop and the manor. In addition, the foam protects against heat escape through the ventilation inlets, which is especially important in the case of inducting chicks into the chicken coop. Foam insulation used in ventilation systems allows for significant savings in heating chicken coops. The inlet flap is connected to special forks with swivel discs using a nylon cable (it is not included), which allow for comfortable opening / closing of the flap. This airlet flap is held on two solid stainless steel springs. The ventilation inlet is very functional and should be included in the equipment of any chicken coop or pigsty.
The inlets to chicken coops and pigsty are made of high quality plastic additionally protected against UV fitrami, while the springs and all metal elements are entirely stainless steel. All elements are welded together using the latest ultrasound joining technology, which makes it:
- ventilation inlets are very resistant to mechanical damage, all kinds of vibrations and stresses.
- have high resistance to cracking as a result of temperature fluctuations.
