How Does Advantix Flea & Tick Treatment Work?

Advantix Spot-On works through contact action, meaning parasites are killed after coming into contact with your dog's skin and coat, without needing to bite first. A single application provides up to 4 weeks of protection against fleas, ticks and biting insects.

The formula is water-resistant. However, to ensure maximum effectiveness, avoid bathing your dog or allowing the treated area to become wet for at least 48 hours after application.

How to Apply Advantix Spot-On

1. Hold the pipette upright and twist off the cap to open it.
2. Apply the solution directly onto the skin in an area your dog cannot easily lick or scratch, preferably between the shoulder blades.
3. Part the fur and apply the entire contents evenly onto healthy, unbroken skin.
4. Do not touch or massage the application site after treatment. The solution will spread naturally across the skin, forming a protective barrier against parasites.

How Quickly Does Advantix Start Working?

Advantix Spot-On for Dogs begins working immediately after application, with maximum effectiveness achieved within 24–48 hours.

The package contains 1 x 1 ml spot-on pipette. Suitable for puppies from 7 weeks of age.
