Description
Reliable electronic capacitive sensor for feed systems. It is mounted primarily in the pipe fine hopper or the last feeder of the feed system. This is one of the best sensors used in feed systems in poultry houses. It is very accurate and precise - a special potentiometer allows you to adjust the operating zone in the range from 0-10mm. There is no problem of improper operation or blocking of the sensor by impurities or dust from the feed.
The electronic feed quantity sensor monitors the feed level on an ongoing basis and reacts immediately if the amount of feed falls below the set level. It gives the possibility of fully automatic control of the feeding system and delivery of feed to hoopers in longitudinal lines. It is a NZ type sensor - normally closed with a two-wire interface.
The sensor for controlling the amount of feed in the hopper is enclosed in a tight sleeve with a diameter of 18mm and a height of 7.5cm. The housing is completely resistant to mechanical damage, contamination or moisture.
The set with the feed controller in the hoppers for feeding systems is accompanied by a 2 m long connection cable and two mounting nuts.
