Stainless steel control unit with 75 mm pipe output with two sensors

The offered stainless steel control unit with 75 mm pipe output with flap sensor and safety sensor in the kit is mounted at the end of the transverse line of the feed in pig and poultry feeding systems. It has significant functions in controlling the operation of the engine and for its control. For this control of the operation of the propulsion motor together with the final unit are responsible:

• soilless sensor (not included), which is the first mechanism for controlling the appropriate level of feed in the longitudinal line, located in the last hopper of the feeding system. It is responsible for the start and stop of the feed truck when the tanks are empty or full.
• flop sensor- starts when the aforementioned sensor fails for unexplained reasons. This process occurs if the feed reflexively retreats (in the telescopic tube) to the final unit in which the sensor is located.
• safety sensor - the last module protecting against possible failure of both other sensors. It was mounted on the outside of the housing of the proposed control unit, more precisely under its lid. This device turns off the electrical circuit when the top flap of the unit in question is opened, which has been pushed out by the feed, provided, of course, that both previous sensors do not work. This solution makes the entire feeding system reliable.

The presented stainless steel control unit with two sensors has been adapted to rury fi 75 mm, in which from the motor with gearbox, through the proposed control unit, to the feed pipeline is mounted spirala transporting feed to individual containers of longitudinal lines. The end unit itself is made of strong materials thatthey are characterized by high quality and resistance to external factors such as feed dust, air humidity or high temperature.
