SALMACID 20 kg liquid acidifier for water for poultry, pigs and rabbits

Salmacid is a water acidifying preparation used in poultry, pigs, cattle and rabbits (fur animals). It occurs in the form of a white - yellow liquid. Salmacid 22 kg is given as an additive to water, completely dissolved in lukewarm water.

The water acidifier for farm animals in its composition contains a mixture of organic acids, i.e.: formic, propionic, benzoic and lactic, which have a bacteriostatic effect and have a positive effect on the metabolism of farm animals. Salmacid acidifier causes a decrease in the pH of the contents of the digestive tract, which has a beneficial effect on the microflora of the digestive system, activating the secretion of pepsin.
The use of the presented acidifier protects water against the growth of bacteria and mold. Its action reduces the occurrence of diarrhea in piglets.

A dose of 0.5 - 1 liter of the preparation per 1000 liters of lukewarm water should be used. Prophylactically, Salmacid 22 should be used for 7 days, successively 7 days of break. In the case of diarrhea, it should be administered continuously.
During the fattening period, it should be given alternately every other day. There is no withdrawal period for the preparation.
