Plastic drip drinker with reduced water flow for broilers and layers - (LB5)

€1.20
Droplet drinker for broilers plastic with a diameter of 10mm pressed into a PVC pipe 22x22mm. It has a specially profiled valve with limited water flow. Thanks to this, there is no need to put on additional coasters to accumulate excess water when drinking by birds. This is particularly important in poultry cage breeding or in floor watering systems where excess water and moisture would lead to the development of bacteria and diseases in the herd.

Nipel with a flow reducer is recommended in farms dealing with rearing laying hens in a cage system or broilers or breeding hens on paddocks. The valve drain is very sensitive and opens the flow of water both by pressing the stem vertically as well as when it is moved to the sides.
The average norm of the amount of water at the recommended pressure of approx. 25cm of the water column is:
  • 35-45 cm3 water/min when pressing the valve
  • 20-30 cm3 water / min when moving it sideways.

  • A single droplet nipel for LB5 hens is able to handle from 8-10 breeding hens or broilers and from 6-8 laying hens in a cage system.

The drinker for layers in cages is made of a tight and durable plastic housing. Inside there is a flow reduction valve entirely made of high-quality stainless steel. The hen nipel additionally has a special gasket in the set, which will prevent leakage during the operation of the apparatus. The clamping gasket will firmly and permanently hold the drinker in the pipe without allowing it to loosen or leak.
