Galvanized pipe control unit fi 90 mm with sensor

The offered control unit with flap sensor is designed for a 90 mm pipe for the feeder in feeding systems. It is mainly used at the end of the feed line for feeding pigs and poultry: laying hens, ducks, broilers or turkeys. Its basic operation is to control the operation of the engine and its control. During an unexplained interruption in the operation of the proximity sensor in the hopper, the built-in flap sensor will cut off the supply of electricity in the engine. This solution effectively protects the entire feeding system against any failure.

The presented control unit for the feed truck is mounted at the end of the transverse line of the feeder together with the engine. These elements connect at the bottom with a telescopic chute pipe from the feed hopper, which is the beginning of the longitudinal line. On the other hand, it connects to a PVC pipe with a diameter of 90 mm, in which, under the influence of the drive work of the engine, the spirala transporting feed rotates.

The proposed end unit for the feeder is made of two materials: the housing is made of galvanized sheet (protecting against corrosion), while the connection to the chute for the telescopic pipe together with the sensor is made of durable plastic, which ensure solid workmanship of the control unit.
