Galvanized pipe control unit fi 75 mm with sensor

The presented control unit for the fi 75 mm pipe for the feed train with flap sensor is designed for feeding systems for pigs and poultry: broilers, layers, ducks or turkeys. It is mounted at the end of the transverse line and connected to a geared motor that drives a spiral that transports the feed.

The end unit controls the operation of the engine and connects the transverse line to the longitudinal line hopper using a telescopic chute pipe. The end of the feeder has a flap sensor, which acts as an emergency sensor. If, for unexplained reasons, the proximity sensor placed in the feed tank does not work, the flap sensor will turn off the engine. This solution protects the entire feeding system against failure.

The housing of the control unit is made of tinned sheet metal, in which the sensor is located. The connection for the pipe fi 75 mm is made of stainless steel, which ensures the best strength parameters. The end of the transverse line also has a plastic chute, on which the back pipe is mounted.

The proposed control unit for the feed truck is an indispensable element of the entire feed truck. The element is connected to the engine and pipe fi 75 mm, through the middle of which passes a spiral transporting feed from the silo with simultaneous dumping it into its tank. The main task of the offered end unit is to control the filling of the hoppers of longitudinal lines.
