Complete drive unit 0,55 kW with sensor and chute to the flex auger system fi 75mm

A complete feeder unit with motor, transmission, sensor and chute. 0.55KW drive motor designed for installation in transverse feed lines for poultry and pig feeding systems. The engine for transferring feed in poultry feeding lines is adapted for installation on transverse pipes with a diameter of fi 75 mm.

EFFICIENT MOTOR TO DRIVE THE FEED TRAIN
The main task of the engine to the transverse lines is to drive the viper to transport feed. Thanks to it, the feed is transferred directly from the silo to the fill tank of longitudinal lines located in the hen house. The motor together with the sensor is responsible for filling the hoopers and controlling that there is always enough broiler feed in the tanks.

The motor for automatic feeding systems is equipped with a sensor whose task is to constantly control the amount of feed in hoopers and replenish it as needed. The control system is based on a reliable flap sensor that controls the operation of the drive motor for automatic turkey stone systems.

RELIABLE FEED
REPLENISHMENT SYSTEMThe motor together with the sensor must be at the end of the transverse line. After starting the motor, more hoopers are filled in the hen house. When the feed fills the last tank, the sensor gives a signal that immediately stops the engine. The system will start automatically only when the feed in the tanks is exhausted, which will trigger the start of the next filling cycle of all tanks.

It is a very simple and proven system of automatic feeding of turkeys or broilers. The motor together with the new sensor is trouble-free and can work even in very adverse conditions. The sensor itself is not harmed by beard, strong dustiness or high humidity - in virtually all conditions it retains its high efficiency.

The motor has a power of 0.55KW and is powered by a three-phase current of 380V. It is connected to a feed transfer drive using a special gearbox. The drive set for laying hen feeding systems is adapted to transverse lines with a pipe diameter of 75 mm. The offer also includes the screw for the transverse line to the fi90mm pipes for greater efficiency in feed supply.
