Waffle analog thermostat for hatchers and rearers

€99.14
Analog thermoregulator designed for the construction of your own homemade poultry hatcheries. The temperature controller is equipped with a shrinkable wafer placed on a metal frame with the possibility of manual adjustment. Thanks to this regulation, you can adjust the temperature value to be incubator for hatching chicks.

This is a very simple and at the same time reliable temperature controller in incubators. It does not require calibration or programming - it is enough to operate the potentiometer to increase or decrease the temperature in the hatching chamber of chicks. The thermostat can work in virtually any conditions, it is not harmed by moisture, dirt or other impurities. It reacts very precisely to any temperature changes and allows you to quickly adjust the heat in the chamber to a set level.

The analog thermostat for hatchers works on the principle of a special wafer filled with thermo-active gas. Under the influence of temperature increase in incubator for hatching geese, the gas will increase its volume causing the expansion of a special membrane on the wafer. When a given temperature level is reached, the membrane will become so prominent that the switch electrical system for temperature control will be pressed.
At this point, the electrical circuit will be broken and heat from the incubator will cease to give off heat. The heating cable will turn on again when the temperature starts to drop, which will cause the thermostat wafer to shrink to the incubators.

The device allows for additional connection of the alarm system or signaling diode, which will inform about the shutdown of the electric heater in the hatcher for chicks. The thermoregulator for incubators is delivered to the customer in a form for self-assembly. Included are additional mounting accessories for attaching the thermostat to the incubator for ducks.
