Stainless steel silo boot complete + 1 output fi 75 mm
Description
Complete chute basket with yoke and spiral mounting shaft, with one output for pipe fi 75 mm. Due to its function, the chute flange is made of the highest quality strong plastic artificial resistant to mechanical damage and bad weather conditions prevailing outside. Thanks to its solid workmanship, the collar does not crack under the pressure of feed or low temperature.
The set includes:
- sloping silo slanted top shoe
- stainless steel machine with 1 pipe output fi 75 mm
- coil fixing shaft fi 75 mm
The offered hopper flange of silo feed is terminated with a stainless steel yoke with an exit to the transverse pipe with a diameter of fi 75 mm. The inlet opening of the collar of the spiral poultry feeding line has a diameter of 45 cm.
The chute flange can be mounted in two ways - as a straight shoe or as a slanted shoe (photo No. 4). Inside the yoke there is a mounting roller spirala fi 75 mm. The viper is driven by motoreduktor located at the end of the transverse line. In this way, the feed is transported from the silo to the transverse line from where, thanks to the fute pipe will fill the conductor of the longitudinal line.
An additional advantage of the chute flange under the silo is to equip the yoke with an adjustment plate, which can set the amount of feed filled or completely block its inflow from the silo to the transverse line.
