The presented spring for the dispenser Dosatron D25RE2 is located inside the the piston. There are exactly two M238 springs in the piston, each conditioning the opening / closing of the inlet and outlet valves. In photo number 2 you can see the exact location of the spring inside the piston.

Principle of operation:
Water flows into the dispenser under pressure and pushes the piston upwards, the inlet valves open through the action of the spring. Successively, through the reflection of water on the top cover, the outlet valves are opened and the inlet valves are closed - the springs jump, in this way we can hear the correct operation of the dispenser. When the piston reaches the lower position, the inlet valve opens again and the outlet valve closes. The presented cycle is repeated over and over again. Such a process of operation is possible thanks to the M238 springs, which allow you to change the position of the inlet and outlet valves (top - bottom).

The M238 spring is a replaceable or spare element. Damage to the spring can cause incorrect dosing of drugs and mixing it with water. To prevent such situations, remember about proper maintenance of the dispenser, i.e. flushing it after finishing work in the current rein of all elements of the construction and using a 60 micron filter on the dispenser supply. Another reason for damage to the springs in the piston may be the dosage of drugs and viscous consistency.
