Quail plucker ITAL

The automatic plucker for small poultry was designed for quails and smaller poultry, such as chickens or ducks. For larger birds, a plucker for poultry feathers is recommended. The feather plucking machine is an ideal option for farms and poultry farmers. It is very effective, because its operation is based on a similar principle as the machines used in slaughterhouses. The ITAL quail pluck is used for wet plucking feathers, so poultry must be properly scalded beforehand. With proper use, rubber fingers gently remove feathers without knocking or damaging the carcass.

Directions for use:
Before starting work, the carcasses should be scalded for about 2-3 minutes in water with a temperature of about 55-60 degrees. A higher temperature can cause the feathers to be plucked along with the skin. Then you need to grab the carcasses by the legs and slowly approach the rotating roller. Thanks to the rubber fingers, the feathers are gradually torn out of the skin. The shaft of the plucking machine should never be locked during operation, and the plucking machine itself should not be turned on under load. This can lead to damage to the engine. During use, it is recommended to use appropriate protective clothing and a protective mask. Plug the plying machines should always be switched off from power when cleaning and other machinery operations. For the safety of the user, the feather plucking machine should only be used for its intended purpose.

The plucker for smaller poultry is made of steel. The housing is additionally coated with a powder coated layer, which plays not only a protective role but also facilitates the care of the machine. The roller, on the other hand, was coated with a protective layer of zinc to prevent feathers from sticking. This makes it easy to care for, it is enough to use only a damp cloth, while the roller can be rinsed under running water.

The feather pluck is equipped with a 350W motor powered by 220-230V. The motor is located in a sealed housing, so it is protected from moisture and other factors from the outside.
