Description

Automatic poultry watering line with a length of 2 meters. The hen watering system is equipped with 6 nipple drinkers with flow reduction, which is enough to handle up to 40 birds. The whole is intended for supply from the mains or reducer, as well as for suspension and connection into longer sections. The watering line for poultry can be universally used for laying hens, broilers, ducks, pheasants and quails.

Birds take water from nipple drinkers after touching the steel nipl stem - the stem works only in the vertical direction. Importantly, drip drinkers for poultry have a reduced flow, which protects against unnecessary water losses or wet litter. The reduction of flow also means that the use of eaves cups is not required. The efficiency of pacifiers is determined at 40-50 cm ³/min.

Water in the system is transported in a 22 x 22 mm PVC square pipe into which nipple drinkers are screwed. Pvc pipe is connected to the galvanized pipe by means of 3 fasteners, on which the entire line will be suspended. Galvanized pipe performs a supporting function and gives the whole line stability. Both pipes are included in the set in 2-meter sections.

The automatic poultry watering line can be powered in two ways:

from the hopper - the line is connected directly to the hopper, which is located above the level of the poultry watering line. The whole works on a gravitational principle, no pressure reducer is required. At the end of the line of watering the hens should be installed reassur.

from the water network - the poultry watering line is connected to the water supply network. This method of assembly requires pressure reducer, which will reduce the water pressure at the input. At the end of the line, the adazynik.html>adazynik is also used. The whole is presented in photo 2.

remark! The set of the watering system for chickens does not have a breather or pressure regulator in the set. The set includes only a 2 meter line. The system is not assembled ready-made. At the customer's request, the line can be assembled free of charge - waiting time 7 working days.
