Description
This product is used to protect the Energizer against electrical discharges (lightning strikes). This is an essential element when constructing an electric fence that optimizes the safety of use.
Equipped with two insulators (made of high quality plastic) it has very high insulation parameters. A lightning arrester is installed at the beginning of the electric fence line. Mounted with a strong metal handle (bent at an angle of 90o), in which there are two holes for screws.One part of the device is coupled with the grounding of the Energizer, while the other with the ground (as in photo 2). The insulators are connected to the fence line via electricator and sector.
The operation of the offered product is as follows - during a possible lightning strike on the fence line, the lightning arrester leads the resulting spark to the ground. In this way, it protects the Energizer from destruction.
An extremely important and effective element that should be included in the equipment of every electric fence.
