Maxiflo reducer 0,12-0,9 Bar with connection to the INDO system

Water pressure reduction system 0.12 - 0.9 bar with bypass based on Maxiflo reducer designed to work with INDO watering system for broilers, ducks, layers and turkeys. The task of the presented system is to reduce the water pressure to the level of 0.12 - 0.9 bar, required when using the INDO watering system, in which the required pressure should be 0.3 - 0.4 bar.

The Maxiflo reduction system has an output for 22 x 22 mm square pipe, used in the watering line for poultry. Plug in the kit 12 mm spiral hose, which provides water supply in all conditions.
The presented Maxiflo reducing set has a reducer bypass that allows quick flushing of the entire system system, usually after the remnants of drugs and vitamins administered by dozer. This application allows for the proper functioning of the drinkers and the entire watering system.

The system with The Maxiflo reducer is mounted in front of the watering lines. The set is equipped with two valves that cut off the water supply. The first valve closes the water supply straight from the water network, is opened for flushing and cleaning of watering lines carried out under high pressure, otherwise it is closed. The second valve, on the other hand, is mounted behind the reducer - it is open all the time the broilers are watered.

The Maxiflo reducer is equipped with a convenient potentiometer with which it is possible to easily and quickly adjust the water pressure in the range of 0.12 - 0.9 bar. Behind the pressure reducer was mounted pressure gauge, thanks to which it can control the pressure value after reduction.

The presented set includes a set of fittings, hoses, tees and elbows. Most of the elements were made of high quality plastic, resistant to extremely difficult conditions in livestock buildings.
