The system is designed for watering laying hens, quails or pheasants in the litter system. The line guarantees optimal water supply for pheasants, ducks or broilers.
The automatic poultry watering line has a length of 2m and is equipped with 8 stations with droplet nipples with reduced flow LOW-FLOW with a capacity of about 40-50cm3 water/minute, so they can be used even for watering small chickens . The housing is made of solid plastic, while the valve elements are entirely stainless steel.
Thanks to the use of special drinkers for chickens, there is no need for eaves bowls. The underestimated flow of water means that poultry or pheasants take only as much water as they need. Therefore, there is no splashing of water, there is also no problem with rotting litter, which often caused the development of diseases in the hen house.
Niples for quails are screwed into a special PVC pipe with a cross section of 22x22mm. The whole is reinforced by a special support pipe, which prevents the bending of the wires. The whole line for watering layers it is suspended using special fasteners. They have the possibility of additional steel cable or electric anti-heat, which will effectively prevent broilers or layers from sitting on watering lines.
Two-meter sections of quail watering lines can be connected to each other using a special rubber with cable ties. Thanks to this, you can build even very long lines for watering broilers or pheasants up to 120m. The watering line for ornamental poultry may be fed with water from special containers, which must be placed at least 0,5 m above the system.
The set can also be connected directly to the water network, but then it is necessary to use the appropriate product-1343-reducer-with-function-regulation-pressure-in-watering-system.htm pressure reducers, which will limit the pressure force to approx. 30cm water column. In both cases, the line for watering the hens must be terminated with a vent.
