Hob for chicks Brinsea Eco-Glow 50

Brinsea Eco-Glow 50 chick heating plate allows you to maintain a constant temperature. It emits heat throughout the surface, providing chicks with the optimum rearing temperature on the first day after hatching.It is also possible to connect the board under thermoregulator, so that we can adjust the power consumed by the device. The power of the device is 60 W, which means that the power consumption is small.
The hob heats up to a maximum temperature of 50 - 60 ^oC (temperature measured from below).

The offered Eco-Glow hob from the renowned Brinse companycan accommodate about 50 chicken chicks and ducks. It is very useful especially in the first days after hatching, where chicks are particularly vulnerable. The hob for chicks is made of high-quality special antibacterial plastic, which especially protects the chicks. Antibacterial efficacy has been confirmed with microbiological testing conducted in accordance with ASTM 2149.

The set includes four legs (for each corner), thanks to which you can adjust the height of the plate above the ground. The maximum height at which the plate can be located is 20 cm. An interesting solution is to place one part higher and the other lower. In this way, larger and smaller chicks have the opportunity to enter the plate (photo No. 2).
Remember to raise the height of the plate as the chicks grow.

Important!After the end of use of the plate, it should be washed in a solution of Virkon (preferably with a damp cloth), for complete disinfection.
