Heater designed for various types of nesting devices. Thanks to its high flexibility, it can be installed in virtually any incubator - regardless of its size or shape.
It consists of small springs, the diameter of which is about 4 mm. The normal length of the heater (without stretching) reaches 23 cm. However, it can be stretched to a maximum length of five times greater, i.e. 125 cm. However, the most optimal is considered to be a tension of 40 cm, so that the scroll does not touch the coil.
The big advantage of this product is the heating and cooling rate, as well as very low thermal inertia. Thanks to this, it is very efficient and allows you to maintain a stable temperature inside the nesting chamber.
The heater should be solidly mounted - preferably on porcelain hooks - and connected to the termoregulator. Due to the very fast heating, special care should be taken to ensure that the spiral, after fixing, does not touch the housing or wires.
The spring after stretching does not return to the initial form.
