Universal rubber fingers designed for poultry boot. They fit most professional feather plucking models available on the market. They are suitable for plucking feathers of almost all species of farmed poultry and wild birds.
The fingers for the pluck are made of soft and elastic rubber with hardness parameters of approx. 60oSh. They are optimally prepared for work in feather plucking devices: their properly adjusted low level of hardness prevents meat from knocking down. On the other hand, the high degree of flexibility of the fingers makes them better adapt to any shape of the poultry carcass. A special striped pattern placed on the fingers for plucks allows for accurate capture of feathers, even small and thin ones, without destroying the skin or tearing the structure of the meat.
The fingers are 9cm long. At the base they have diameters of 25mm and gradually narrow to a diameter of 10mm at the very top. On the surface of each finger there are 13 stripes separated from each other, every 3mm. The groove on which the fingers are attached to the shaft or drum of the plucker has a width of 2mm.
