Fiberglass silo dedicated to poultry, pig and cattle farming. Due to their parameters and insulating properties, fiberglass silos are an excellent alternative to metal silos. A feed silo made of fiberglass is much lighter than a traditional metal silo. Its undoubted advantage is the way of merging consisting in connecting horizontally two elements, thanks to which there is no risk of leakage. Installation and transport of the feed hopper does not cause major problems. The silo has a translucent upper part, which allows the breeder to control the feed content. Smooth, polished walls inside the silo prevent the feed from sticking to the sides. It is also equipped with a hot galvanized vent pipe that prevents condensation of water vapor inside the silo. This has a significant impact on the quality of the feed stored inside, also reducing the risk of mold and animal diseases. The silo is made of polyester resin reinforced with glass fiber. The use of this type of materials ensures high durability and strength. The silo is corrosion resistant and its service life is very long. The offered silo has a pneumatic chute and a loading pipe with an inlet pipe with a diameter of 4. It is also equipped with a ladder with safety rings and all the elements necessary for assembly i.e. bolts, nuts, washers, seals. The transport of a fiberglass silo is priced individually.
