Professional feather plucker made of refined stainless steel. The plucker works wet, i.e. before starting work, poultry must be properly scalded in hot water. It is intended for plucking poultry carcasses of most species of breeding birds.
The automatic plucker is very easy to use. It operates on the same principle as industrial poultry plucking equipment. Poultry carcases should be soaked in water at a temperature of about 50-60oC for 2-3 minutes. Do not keep the inks in too hot water or for too long, as the plucker could begin to tear out the feathers along with the skin. Then, holding the poultry prepared in this way by the legs, we slowly introduce the poultry skubarki on the spinning drum. Gum fingers for nibbling will gradually pull feathers out of poultry carcasses. The machine does its work very gently, does not knock the meat or pluck the skin.
The bag was made taking into account all applicable standards related to work safety. All eclectic parts are properly isolated from the environment and protected from moisture. The machine was equipped with a 250W electric motor powered by electricity from the mains with a voltage of 220-240V.The poultry feathering machine is made of stainless steel. Thanks to this, it is very easy to keep clean. After finishing the work, the drum should be rinsed and then dried with a cloth. The remaining elements are enough to wipe to clean the machine.
