Dosatron D3re2 VF 0.2-2% dispenser is dedicated to proportional dosing of medicines, vitamins, nutrients, or other preparations in the appropriate concentration. Due to the use of VF seals in the pump, the dispenser is suitable for acidic products, oils, fragrances. It can therefore be used both in animal breeding and in car washes. It has a dosing range of 0.2-2%, and the working water flow rate is 3 m3/h.

How does the Dosatron D3re2 VF 0.2-2% medicine and vitamin dispenser work?

The Dosatron dosing pump does not require electrical connection, it is driven by the pressure of the flowing water. The mechanism takes the concentrated preparation, then mixes it with water in the appropriately set concentration. The solution is then passed on, where it reaches the target location. Importantly, the dosed value of the injected agent is proportional to the amount of water that flows through the pump, regardless of changes in the water pressure in the network or the water flow rate.

How to set the dose on the Dosatron dispenser?

A special ring is dedicated to adjusting the dose of the drug or vitamins in the dispenser. It has a window in which the given values ​​are located. The amount of injected vitamins is always proportional to the amount of water flowing into the dosing pump; e.g. by setting the dispenser at 1% = 1:100 = 1-vol. unit of preparation to 100-vol. units of water.
