Complete geared motor 1,1 kW with control unit for flex auger line fi 90 mm
€686.98
A 1.1 kW power motor with a control unit for a fi 90mm pipe for poultry feeding systems: broilers, layers, ducks or turkeys.
A complete set of engine with a control unit is mounted at the end of the transverse line of the feeder (above the last hopper (Hooper) of the longitudinal line) is designed to transport and control the level of feed in the longitudinal lines. The feed is delivered by means of a spiral, connected to the motor gear. The geared motor is controlled by the control unit included in the set, and more precisely by the flap built into the sensors.
The presented complete 1.1 kW geared motor with a control unit is designed for long feeders, in which high strength and continuity of operation of the motor, which is the engine, plays an important role.
The proposed set for the transverse line consists of:
drive motor with a power of 1.1kW - powered by three-phase 380V, which has a special gearbox for spiral on the pipe fi 90 mm,
and a control unit - containing three outputs: for a pipe fi 90 mm with a spiral, another for a rotating gear and the last for a telescopic pipe for a container connected to a longitudinal line.
In addition, the end unit is responsible for controlling the engine, and the whole process of this operation is presented below.
- The sensor in the hopper of the line along the line transmits a pulse when the feed runs out, while turning on the motor, which begins to rotate the spiral (inside the pipe). Then the spiral takes feed from the silo and distributes it until the last tanks of the longitudinal line are filled.
- At the moment when the final hopper is full, the previously mentioned sensor disconnects the power supply along with the driving force of the entire feeder - in this case, a 1.1 kW geared motor.
- In the event of an unexplained interruption in the operation of the proximity sensor (in the tank), the drive motor will be disconnected in an emergency by means of a flap sensor located in the center of the control unit.
The mode of operation of spiral poultry feeding systems is one of the most popular and reliable mechanisms in automatic feed lines used in professional poultry, pig and cattle farms.
Our offer also includes complete drive of the transverse line of a feeder with a 0.55 kW sensor for 90 mm pipes for similar purposes.
