Complete drive module with sensor power 0.75 kW for flex auger fi 75 mm

A complete feeder unit with motor, transmission, sensor and chute. Professional drive motor for automatic poultry feeding systems: broilers, layers, ducks or turkeys. The offered drive motor of the feeding line with a power of 0.75 kW is powered by three-phase 380V. The motor driving the spiral in the pipe is equipped with a special sensor, whose task is to maintain the appropriate level of feed in the hoopers of the longitudinal line. The drive module of the transverse feeding line is designed for installation on PVC pipes with a diameter of fi 75 mm.

Due to its function, the feeder's drive motor is placed at the end of the transverse line above the last hopper (Hooper) of the longitudinal line. The drive module of the feeder has been equipped with a gearbox that allows it to be connected to the spiral fi 75 mm, which, twisting in a PVC pipe fi 75 mm, transports feed along the transverse line of the broiler feeding system.

The principle of operation of the motor is that if the feed feed in the feed tanks in the longitudinal line runs out, thanks to the built-in sensor, a signal will be sent that will start the motor driving the spiral with feed in the transverse line connected to the main silo. At this point, when the hoopers are filled with feed and the sensor will block the further embankment of food. The whole cycle will start again when there is a shortage of poultry feed in the hoppers. The mode of operation of spiral poultry feeding systems is one of the most popular and reliable mechanisms in automatic feed lines used in professional poultry farms.
