Vehicle disinfection gate

Brama for disinfection of vehicles - or biosecurity curtain - designed for precise disinfection of vehicles and machines entering the facility or farm. Equipment necessary in breeding and production operations, obliged to comply with the basic principles of biosecurity. Disinfection of vehicles is the most effective way to prevent the bird flu or ASF virus from entering the farm, poultry farm or production plant. The disinfection gate has a system for distributing the disinfectant on the outer surface of vehicles entering and leaving the farm. The car is sprayed from all sides, as well as from above and below, which ensures effective disinfection.

When choosing a gate for disinfection of vehicles, special attention should be paid to the frequency of such treatment, placement and functionality. Additional solutions can improve the disinfection process and enable almost year-round disinfection of vehicles.

• Staniver disinfection gate - is a manually operated gate, where the nozzle system distributes the disinfectant. The disinfectant is taken through the attached drug dispenser.
• Monition gate - a curtain requiring access to the electrical network, enabling automatic distribution of the disinfectant. The curtain is equipped with a trolley with a container for the disinfectant and an efficient pump distributing detergent through a system of sprinkler nozzles. The gate can be equipped with additional solutions: autopilot function, nozzle drying system useful in winter, disinfection preparation heating system in the tank, or practical storage.
