Automatic drinking line for ornamental poultry TOP-CUP 8 complete line 2m

Droplet poultry watering system in the form of a two-meter automatic line. This set has 8 stations, which consist of pacifiers and eaves bowls for watering chickens, from which chickens can draw water. It is estimated that one such set is able to handle up to 110 layers or ornamental poultry. Among the advantages of nipl watering lines are mentioned high efficiency, very low failure rate and ease of use and assembly, as well as versatility - they can be used as a watering system for poultry (chickens, ducks) and ornamental birds (pheasants, quails, partridges).

The presented set of poultry watering lines is designed to be suspended and combined into longer sections in the case of larger farms. Pheasants or other poultry take water from nipple drinkers, which release water by rubbing the beak of a steel stem. Importantly, the stem works in two directions, vertical and horizontal, and the efficiency of the pacifier is determined at 70-80 cm3 / min when working vertically and 30-40 cm3 / min when working horizontally. This way of working means that even young chicks can use drinkers.

Under the pacifiers for broilers there are eaves cups that reduce water waste. Nipples and eaves cups are fixed on a square pipe in which water is transported. A square PVC pipe of 22 x 22 m with a length of 2 meters is connected to a galvanized round pipe, which performs a stabilizing function. Both pipes are connected by 3 yellow fittings, visible in the photos.

TOP-CUP watering lines are commonly used in small and large poultry farms, for watering pheasants or ornamental poultry. It works very well in small wild bird farms, which is why they are often used to water quails or partridges kept in the litter system.

The automatic quail watering line can be powered in two ways:

from the tray - the line is connected directly to the tray, which is located above the level of the watering line. The whole works on a gravitational principle, no pressure reducer is required. At the end of the line should be installed adasiver.

from the water network - the watering line is connected to the water supply network. This method of assembly requires pressure reducer, which will reduce the water pressure at the input. At the end of the line, the adazynik is also used. The whole is presented in photo 2.

remark! The set of the watering system for chickens does not have a breather or pressure regulator in the set. The set includes only a 2 meter line. The system is not assembled ready-made. At the customer's request, the line can be assembled free of charge - waiting time 7 working days.
