Automatic poultry drinking line PREMIUM-CUP 8 - 2 m

Automatic watering line for chickens for broilers, layers, pheasants and ducks, consisting of 8 independent stands. The offered laying platform is complete and ready for quick and easy connection. The whole is able to handle up to 110 birds.

The droplet watering system of chickens contains 7 elements:

• Stainless steel droplet drinker - 8 pieces
• capular bowl large two-arm - 8 pieces
• Square PVC pipe 22 x 22 mm - 2 m
• minder pipe fi 26,75 mm - 2 m
• pipe switch - 1 piece
• 22 x 22 mm square tube connector with round pipe - 3 pieces
• flexible muff - 1 piece

Niplow watering system for layers and broilers can be powered from the water network using at the beginning water pressure reducer (the line for poultry to operate flawlessly should work at a pressure of up to approx. 20-30cm of water column.) or water tank. In both cases, at the end of the poultry watering system, venting end should be placed.

8 stainless steel drinkers were screwed into a 22 x 22 mm square PVC pipe with a length of 2 meters on a 1/8 inch thread. Each nipla has a capacity of 90 m³/min, thanks to which the entire line can be used up to a maximum of approx. 100 adult birds. In order for the litter in the hen house to remain dry, and the water is not splashed and wasted by water-sucking birds, there is a two-arm large eaves bowl under each nipple. In addition to the fact that the bowl eliminates the possibility of mud formation on the substrate, it is also used so that hens or pheasants can additionally take accumulated water from it. The shape and dimensions of the eaves cup shall in no way restrict the animals from freely reaching the drinker in order to draw fresh water.

In order to increase the stability of the line, a support pipe with a diameter of 26.75 mm was connected to the square PVC pipe with clips. The round support pipe, in addition to the function stabilizing the watering line, also protects against squatting of the packs on the profile. Solid and well-thought-out design makes the entire watering system for poultry work practically trouble-free.

This automatic watering line for chickens and ducks is 2 metres long and is ready to be hung on a stylon rope and connected to a water source. The offered poultry watering line can be combined into a longer system (up to 120 m) according to demand using the connectors included in the set.

remark! The set of the watering system for chickens does not have a breather or pressure regulator in the set. The set includes only a 2 meter line. The system is not assembled ready-made. At the customer's request, the line can be assembled free of charge - waiting time 7 working days.
