Proper ventilation of livestock buildings is one of the basic aspects of any kennel. The offered ventilation inlet maximizes airflow. The inlet is additionally equipped with an indicator of the direction of air flow, which allows identical flow settings in all inlets installed in a given building. Importantly, it is possible to combine the inlet with the control of the ventilation system in order to automate its operation.
The applied construction solutions are the result of many tests and studies. The above product is made of durable plastic, resistant to harsh environmental conditions. The inlet flap is insulated to eliminate heat loss. This flap is tilted thanks to the connection with special forks with swivel discs using a nylon cable (sold separately), which in effect allows for comfortable opening or closing of the flap. The inlet capacity at 20 Pa is 1500 m3/h.
Although air intakes for ventilation systems of this type are used by professional poultry farms and livestock buildings, it can also be found on smaller farms. A similar inlet model is also available, without an indicator of the direction of air flow.
