Large size air intake for livestock buildings, with a high air throughput of 3500 m3/h. FermoAir-XL air inlets are made in the highest quality HD polyethylene with UV filter. The inlet flap is filled with insulating material and has a structure reinforced with an aluminum profile.
The offered air inlets for chicken coops and pig houses are designed for installation in a hole in a wall measuring 86 x 38.5 cm. The air inlet to the barn is complete with rotary rollers, so they can be connected to the servo motor for automatic opening of the inlets. Double springs made of high-strength stainless steel are responsible for closing the inlet flap.
The arrangement of the flap in the closed position can be set in two ways. The first of them consists in completely closing the flap, while the second leaves a small gap, which ensures a minimum influx of fresh air. Both options for closing the flap are shown in photo 2. It is also worth mentioning the shape of the flap - it is not perfectly straight, but contoured, which makes it easier to direct fresh air coming in from the outside. Large air inlets for barns, pig houses and poultry houses have 10 mounting holes.
